At Holtz Leather Co., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped and we want you to be satisfied with your order. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues. If notified within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

We want your order to be exactly how you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization
information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, initials and names
carefully. Please don’t hesitate to email us at customerservice@holtzleather.com if you have questions before placing your order. We cannot guarantee the ability to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as we begin production shorty after receiving your order.

NOTE:  Holtz Leather Co. reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
