Our Customer Service is extremely important to us! A Holtz Leather Customer Service Representative is expected to be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our business first began and continues to grow by word of mouth. For this reason, it is vital to ensure that all of our customers are happy with our products, but also happy with their ordering experience. Our Customer Service is prompt, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is not only happy but becomes a brand ambassador.  If we have not met a customer’s expectations, we make it our goal to do everything on our end to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently - treating our customers with kindness and understanding through and through.



Responsibilities: 


  • Answer all incoming phone calls and return calls for voicemails
  • Respond to emails and messages on Etsy and Amazon 
  • Use Facebook Business Manager to monitor and respond to Facebook and Instagram comments, reviews, and messages 
  • Handle returns and exchanges
  • Keep up with available promotions and upcoming events to inform customers 
  • Communicate with production teams and shipping carriers to solve problems for customers. 
  • Follow-up with customers regarding order status, or problems with their order

Where is Holtz Leather located?

We have retail locations on Meridian Street in Huntsville and Sullivan Street in Madison, while our production facility is located on Dug Hill Road in Huntsville. Depending on your position, you could be working at any of these locations.

What are the regular working hours?

Our hours vary depending on position, but typically fall between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., with 8 1/2 hour days.

What is the working atmosphere like?

While the physical atmosphere will change depending on your job location, you will always be surrounded by a close-knit team that is dedicated to your success as well as the company's.

What pay range can I expect?

Our pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with room for advancement.
