Holtz Leather Co. 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Holtz Leather Co. 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by H Heritage Inc, doing business as Holtz Leather Co., located at 1214 Meridian St. N, Huntsville, AL 35801 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins onNovember 3, 2026 at 10am and ends on November 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM Central Time ("Giveaway Period").

All entries must be received before the Giveaway Period ends. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

Sponsor's records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter using the following method:

Online Entry: Visit [Giveaway Landing Page URL] and complete the designated giveaway entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid email address.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same person may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, or agreement to receive promotional emails is required to participate. All eligible entries, regardless of entry method, have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following Holtz Leather products:

• One (1) Vintage Overnighter Bag

• One (1) Scholar Journal

• One (1) Maria Bag

• One (1) Aly Purse

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the complete prize package is $1658.98.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor's discretion, where Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or approximately 11/5/2026.

The potential winner will be notified via email by a member of the Holtz Leather Customer Care team using the email address provided during entry.

The winner must respond and claim their prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial notification email.

If the selected winner does not respond within this period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, blocked, filtered into spam folders, or otherwise not received.

The selected winner may be required to verify eligibility and provide a valid shipping address before receiving the prize.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the verified winner at a valid address within the United States or District of Columbia, at no cost to the winner.

Please allow 2 weeks for prize fulfillment.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the winner, except as required by law.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

Sponsor may request information or documentation necessary to comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

10. Email Communications and Privacy

Participants entering through Sponsor's marketing subscription form will be asked to subscribe to Holtz Leather marketing emails.

Participants who subscribe to promotional emails may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing messages.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize. Marketing communications will be handled according to the entrant's subscription preferences and applicable law.

11. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and accept Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, or violate these Official Rules.

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway. Any winner selection following such action will be conducted in a fair manner consistent with applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, unauthorized intervention, or other errors beyond their reasonable control that may affect entry submission or Giveaway administration.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Winner Information

To request the name of the winner, please contact customercare@holtzleather.com with the subject line "12 Days of Christmas Giveaway Winner Request" within 2 weeks following the Giveaway's conclusion.

Winner information will be provided to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.
