Running our own mill allows us to use trees that have been cleared due to storm damage or real estate developments. These trees would have ended up in the landfill or burned, but Board & Log Co gives them a second life.
It’s hard to believe that in such a short time (8 years) our small family business has grown from the infancy in our basement to nearly 70 people, 2 retail stores, with our own manufacturing facility (made in Huntsville, Alabama y’all) crafting products of leather, wood, pottery, and candles which we ship all over the United States.
